Rivertour

Rivertour combines procedural generation and sandbox environments with the economic mechanics of the tycoon genre into a new, more interactive, and engaging video game experience. The game engages players by having them build their own sophisticated environments using a complex hexagonal tile placement system. Players will construct their own world using both hand-crafted and procedural assets. Rivertour urges replayability by randomizing both the tile terrains and their visual appeal and the variety of tiles the player will place down; the economic and upgrade systems also both urge player continuity and playability.
